When to travel
Japan and Bulgaria both reward seasonal planning. Spring and autumn are comfortable and popular; the Rose Festival route is specifically tied to early June. Exact dates are confirmed in your proposal.
Flights and arrival
International flights are coordinated around the land programme. European travellers can depart from their nearest major hub; Bulgarian departures are usually planned from Sofia; Japanese arrivals are met in Bulgaria.
What is included
Each tailored proposal states accommodation, local transport, guiding, entrance fees and meals clearly. The source programme book does not contain public prices, so the website does not invent them.
Passports and visas
Entry rules change. We confirm the relevant official guidance for the passport you hold when preparing the journey, but travellers remain responsible for valid documents and insurance.
Accessibility and pace
Historic streets, temples, monasteries and mountain locations can involve steps and uneven surfaces. Tell us about mobility, dietary or sensory requirements before the itinerary is confirmed.
